Refund policy

  • All products are returnable as long as they return in the same shape as they were delivered. No bath and beauty products can be opened or used in any way. No candles can be lit. No wax melts clamshell packaging can be broken or any missing cubes. We know wax melts can crack in the packaging itself. We do not count that as they can still be sold. The clamshell itself should be in top shape. As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. 
  • If products are returned to us used or opened, we reserve the right to not refund any monetary amount to you, and we will keep the product to properly discard it. 
  • Opened, used, or deformed products that are returned are considered unsanitary; therefore, they will not be shipped back to you and you will NOT receive a refund. Although, our goal is to ensure you are happy, we reserve the right to decide what is refundable or not. 
  • If you receive a product that has been broken or leaked during transit, please send a photo of the broken or leaked product inside of the shipping box. Do NOT remove any broken pieces from the box to ensure you do not get cut from any glass or any piece of the product. This includes, but is not limited to, glass bottles from bath/beauty products and cement candles. We will NOT refund or replace cracked or chipped wax melt clamshells as they are plastic and can be chipped easily. 
  • To return a product or request a replacement, please contact us and tell us what the problem is, include photos as stated above if needed. You have 14 days from the time tracking says delivered to request a refund or replacement. Once the 14 days has passed, we will not replace or refund anything. For replacements, please allow us up to 14 days to send a replacement. For refunds, you must send us the product back within 14 days and allow us an additional 14 days to ensure it is refundable or not. All returns are the customer's responsibility, including shipping fees. 
  • ON-SALE ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, NOR RETURNABLE. ON-SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
